Mr. Ramesh Singh is a young and dynamic Corporate Professional. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India “ICSI” and a Law and commerce graduate. He has an excellent academic record and became CS at very young age. Mr. Singh has a good grip over the corporate laws and liaisioning with the authorities, departments and serving the Corporate Community since 2014. Due to his active participation in the profession and other activities, he was awarded by the Best MSOP Participant (a very prestigious award for New Member of ICSI) by Gurgaon Chapter of NIRC, ICSI and Best Coordinator by ICSI Jaipur Chapter. Further he has been awarded by Honorable Health Minister of Rajasthan as “Navodit Kavi”. Mr. Singh have handled Critical Issued of corporate laws independently and had lead a team which was handling all corporate law related matters of the various corporates like Wave Group, Soma Group, LinkedIN, SHAREit, HMD Mobile (Nokia) and Nainital Bank’s Due Diligence, Inspection of documents, search reports, certification of Creation, Modification and satisfaction of charge, condonation of delay etc. apart from above Mr. Singh is an expert in XBRL Filing, Prior to this profession Mr. Singh was relationship manager (RM) with a leading share broking firm of India and handled various diversified portfolios of clients.

Mr. Om Prakash Agrawal is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India & Post Graduate in Business Management. He has completed his CS in the year 2014 in first Attempt. He has expertise In Corporate Laws, Taxation laws (Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax), Intellectual Property Rights i.e. Trademark, Copyright, Patents etc.. Mr. Agrawal is independently taking care of PRO’s Ahmedabad Office from August, 2017 and marked strong presence of PRO at Ahmedabad. PRO is spreading its wing in western India under able leadership of Mr. Agrawal.
